‘Looking ahead to the spring season, which promises to be full of colour and print, the perfect transitional buys are our luxurious knits in cashmere, merino and wool.  These highly versatile pieces can be layered up beautifully under sumptuous cover-ups such as our Luxury Parka or our long, lean Biker jacket in washed leather to keep you looking chic throughout the winter chill.”

Gemma Metheringham, Joint MD and Creative Director

The chunky cable knits and crochet of autumn have been extended with a vibrant update of colour and shimmer. Neutral coloured yarns are coated or woven with metallic and sequins to subtly introduce the sparkle and glamour of eveningwear into the comfort and warmth of knitwear. Fabrics and embellishments feel luxurious and indulgent, providing the perfect effortless day to night transition.

Though colours are primarily neutral in stones, biscuits and oatmeals, as we begin to look for the lightness evocative of summer, we see pops of acid lime appearing and nautical and utilitarian stripes introduce freshness and are key for the season.
Cardigans, jumpers, ponchos and capes are great staples to build on for the new season and this spring provides the perfect opportunity to work the trend of wearing heavier cardigans in place of coats.  Layer textured cardigans over lighter separates, either neaten with a slim belt around the waist for a smart and flattering silhouette or wear loose and fluid to show off the pod shapes which once again cocoon and comfort.
